3. Heading to the lake for the day..maybe Sunday;
4. Eat lots of good food i.e. no cooking :);

21 weeks

Tomorrow we hit 21 weeks...Here's what's happening
Our baby is halfway to his birth size, our baby now weighs about three-quarters of a pound and is approximately 10 1/2 inches long — the length of a carrot. It seems like he hardly ever sleeps now that he's big enough to be felt, though in reality a baby kicks only several times per hour, then sleeps for a period of time, awakens, and kicks some more. Because he still has room to move in your uterus, you'll feel the kicks in random places. At this point, it's tough to tell a foot from a fist. You may also discover a pattern to his activity as you get to know him better. In other developments, your baby's eyebrows and lids are present now. As he continues to plump out, your baby will start to look like a little doll, complete with eyebrows. He's now completely covered with that white, pasty layer of vernix caseosa. Most of that substance will probably disappear before birth, except in certain places like the creases of his neck and behind his knees. Up until this point, his liver and spleen have produced nearly all of his blood cells. The liver will keep doing that until after his birth, and now his bone marrow's getting up to speed, churning out red blood cells as well. Your baby's brain is growing as fast as the rest of him, and it will keep growing rapidly for several more years. As your baby's senses develop, he's becoming increasingly aware of your eating and sleeping habits and of light and noise levels outside your body.

Random

Okay so I know how yall just love my random thoughts...
#1 I cannot stop thinking about Davis!!! It probably has something to do with how active he has been today...I mean he is going crazy in there. BJ said he must really like Fruity Pebbles :) (that's what I've been eating for breakfast this week) Or maybe he's going to be like this for the rest of the time?? (21 weeks is Friday!!!) I can't wait to start on his nursery. Since BJ has been so busy with the kitchen I told him he could have the week off this week (aren't I nice?!?) then we could start on his room next week. We have to move ALL of BJ's crap (deer heads, fish, turkey tails, squirrel, all of the mounted stuff)out!! When we first got married I told him that was the only place his hunting, softball and all the other stuff could go. Well now that Davis is coming..it's GOT TO GO. Can we say attic?!? Not to mention our furniture will be here in 2-3 weeks so we've got to have somewhere to put it. AND I have some stuff to go in his closet.. imagine that!?!
Now onto my tv friends :)
#2 So sad for Erin and Maks I've always loved Erin Andrews so when they announced that she was going to be on DWTS I was thrilled. Of course everyone in America knew that Nicole and Derek were going to win but that was given. Erin did awesome and I just love her and Maks together..who knows maybe they like being together too :) I really did enjoy this season though.
#3 Poor Ali How about the guys that she has to choose from? I mean I think Jesse, Roberto and Cape Cod boy are the only ones worth the while. But seriously they are going to some awesome places this season. I mean who wouldn't want to fall in love in Tahiti?!?
#4 Get a grip Kelly Now yall know I love me some Real Housewives...Orange County, New York, Atlanta, New Jersey it doesn't matter to me..I love them all! But, come on New York! Yall need to get it together this season. Stop hating on Bethany (btw I can't wait to see her new show), Ramona is ALWAYS going to be crazy, LuAnn needs to get over herself (I mean does she really think she can sing?!?), Jill, hun, you've always been one of my favs but you're killing me this season...make up your mind are you hating Bethany or trying to make up?, Alex, I think this is your best season and lastly...KELLY, what is going on with you?!?! The way you have been acting on this "girls" trip the past couple episodes...I think you have snakes in your head (BJ says we(females) all do) you seem so bipolar!
Lastly I'll leave this craziness with a pic from Turner's grad that I stole from his mommy :)

Growing up so fast...

Turner Dane lost his first tooth!!! He wanted to lose it on "vacation" b/c my aunt told him the night before we left that if you lose it on vacation that you get double money. Needless to say he was wiggling that thing all weekend and then what do ya know he lost it when he got home Sunday.
Tomorrow is his 5k graduation, which I'm so sad that I'll miss but I know Mindy and Duke will take lots of pictures. He also has his last tball game this week. (Next year he will be moving up to Coaches Pitch.) This is just a little much for one week! He is def not a baby anymore...
Turner Dane Davis,
You always amaze me! You are so smart and the sweetest little boy I know. (Not to mention the cutest blonde hair, blue eyed little boy we've ever seen.) You always know what to say and when to say it. You are such a great big brother and I can only imagine the big cousin you'll be to Davis. I have just one request, can you please slow down for me (and your mom and Grandma too)? You're getting too big, way too fast!
Love,
Aunt Katie

Nice and crispy

We had a great time at the beach this weekend but we all got a lil crispy. We'll blame my crispiness on these pregnancy hormones. Hubs on the other hand, we'll blame his on his whiteness. I mean I've never been burnt like this before. I mean I can barely wear shoes the tops of my feet hurt so badly. I applied 45 numerous times and wasn't out too terribly long. The trip was def relaxing. I didn't wear makeup or fix my hair (I know kind of scary) and wore bum clothes all weekend. It was great! And to top it off the kids had a blast. They were so excited about everything. Cole just kept saying everything was "awesome"...I could seriously eat him up. They especially loved crabbing and when Uncle BJ (even though I went too) took them to the arcade. It was a great family trip but we did miss Paul Nathan and Kelley.
We returned yesterday and finished getting the kitchen back together then took a long nap. I actually get to cook supper tonight (which I haven't done in two weeks). Here are some photos from our weekend. Unfortunately I didn't take too many.

20 weeks

Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana, the size of a cantaloupe. He's swallowing more these days, which is good practice for his digestive system. He's also producing meconium, a black, sticky by-product of digestion. This gooey substance will accumulate in his bowels, and you'll see it in his first soiled diaper. Your baby is really making himself known now, popping you with his feet or fists whenever he feels like turning or twisting around, which may seem to happen more at night than any other time of day. At this time, he still has plenty of room to perform somersaults. (Lucky you!) Specific areas in his brain are developing for each of his five senses, and his skin is now developing its various layers. Hair and nail growth continue too. Although your baby's lungs are still not quite developed enough for him to survive outside your body, you'll hear his heartbeat as a powerful whooshing sound during prenatal visits. It'll sound like a tiny racehorse coming home to the finish line.
Me this week...Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 19 Weeks (although I'm having my 20 week appt today...maybe I am 20 weeks??)
Total Weight Gain/Loss: 7lbs (the book says I'll probably gain 1lb a week from here on out)
Maternity Clothes: I am wearing them and they are so much more comfy!
Best Moment this week: Feeling Baby E more often.
Gender: It's A Boy
Movement: I LOVE IT!
Food Craving: Nothing in particular
What I miss: Sushi!!!! yum-o
Sleep: I sleep like a rock these days with the occasional trip to the bathroom.
What I am looking forward to: More distinct jabs and kicks :)
Belly Button: In
Symptoms: Still experiencing acne like no other!

Baby bump

Okay, sorry folks if you're tired of hearing about my baby but I'm slightly obsessed :)
So, today while at lunch with my amazing cousin-in-law (who we can blame some of this bump on..she feeds me so good lol), we had the discussion of belly buttons-innies and outies. Ya see my husband has this phobia about outies (sorry if you have one). They just really gross him out. He really hopes that our baby has a "pretty" belly button??? (as if any of them are pretty) I'm really hoping that mine doesn't come out during my pregnancy. I mean I can just see me big and fat with something coming out of my already voluptuous stomach-not very attractive. (Not that I think I'll be/am attractive already.) So this brings me to my next subject...to belly cast or not to belly cast?!? So I first saw this when one of my bffs, Kendra, did it while pregnant with little Hank. I thought it was so neat and had never seen it before. Hank joked about what they would do with it by saying that they would use it as a serving dish when they have company..like turkey in the belly and mashed potatoes and gravy in the boobs (her boobs were SOOOO big when she was preg). Now you hear about it more frequently. Most people decorate it and then display it in the baby's room. I just think it would be something neat to have but wonder if it is a little weird?? I think it would be cute to take to a local painter and have her do something with the baby's name or some design?? Or maybe not even display it but just to have...you know to compare to future pregnancies?? Who knows what I'll decide but I think I'm going to add the kit to my registry and see if someone gets it...hint hint haha Later haters :)

Baby E is def a BOY!!!!!

Yay!!! We had a great appointment yesterday. Baby E seemed very relaxed during our full anatomy exam. I cannot wait to meet HIM!!!!!! He had his hands by his face the whole time and was just laying there letting us look at EVERYTHING :) The lady doing our ultrasound said he has a head full of hair...can't imagine where he gets that from..haha. We are going to focus on a middle name for the next few days. Who knows maybe it will come to his father when we are laying on the beach Saturday!
Now onto decisions about crib bedding and registering. I can't wait to pick out all the cute little things!
Last night the Red Raiders won the first game of the State Championship playoffs. They play again on Thursday at home. Hopefully that will be the end and we will have another State Championship :) I'm hoping that BJ finishes grouting the kitchen tonight so we'll get to go. Maybe I'll even help him. ha (The last few nights I've been catching up on my recorded shows while he was working...isn't that horrible?!? How about all of these season finales. I mean talk about cliff hangers!!!) I am so ready to have a kitchen and laundry room again!!! This eating out for every meal is getting pretty expensive.
Hope everyone has a great Wednesday..yes Wednesday...this week is dragginggggg.

19 weeks

Your baby's sensory development is exploding! His brain is designating specialized areas for smell, taste, hearing, vision, and touch. Some research suggests that he may be able to hear your voice now, so don't be shy about reading aloud, talking to him, or singing a happy tune if the mood strikes you. Your baby weighs about 8 1/2 ounces and measures 6 inches, head to bottom — about the size of a large mango. His kidneys continue to make urine and the hair on his scalp is sprouting. A waxy protective coating called the vernix caseosa is forming on his skin to prevent it from pickling in the amniotic fluid. With all of those exhilarating new muscles and nerves to try out, your baby will probably stretch upon waking, though at this point he's still waking with his eyes closed. The update also says that if you saw him/her on an ultrasound this week, you'd probably be able to tell whether he/she has her grandmother's nose or her father's chin. (We will see TODAY!!!) As your baby gets ready to be more in control of his own movements, his body is busy making myelin, a fatty substance that coats and insulates the nerves throughout his body so that electrical impulses can travel from his brain out to the tips of his toes and back again. He has as many nerve cells as an adult now. That fatty coating on your baby's body is getting thicker.

Where do the weekends go?!?

We had a good weekend but once again busy as ever!
Friday BJ started on our tile while I went to the Relay for Life and baseball game (we won and play for state this week). When I got home that night BJ went to bed and I stayed up to watch Private Practice from Thursday night. Whoa nelly...I cried my eyes out..I'm talking hysterical!! Poor baby E was probably wondering what in the world!!
Saturday while BJ played in a softball tournament Mom and I went shopping. We hit up Sam's for stuff for this weekend (beach), ordered Baby E's furniture (it will be here in 3-4 weeks!!! ahhhhhh), grabbed lunch at Firehouse (one of my favs), got tons of maternity clothes from Kohl's and Old Navy, and headed home with the top down. I got a little pink on my chest from the ride but it was fun, oh and Ash don't worry mom even got us ice cream :) haha
Once I got home it was time to get ready and head back to Columbia for Aubrey and Richard's Lawn and Garden Shower. It was fun and was nice to catch up with all the girls and of course some baby talk with Lindsay (the newest mommy to be). I was so exhausted when I got home.
Yesterday was church, lunch with the parents, BJ finished the tile, I took a nap (imagine that), then we headed over to Russell and Caitlin's for BJ to help Russell move something and I played a little with precious Dakota and talked with Caitlin on what to and not to register for.
AHHH I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL TOMORROW FOR OUR DRS APPT!!!!

Happy Friday!

We've made it through another week girls!
Living in a small town a high school sporting event is quite the social. Everyone goes and cheers on our Red Raiders to victory. Tonight our baseball team is playing for the Lower State Championship. If they lose the other team has to turn around and beat them again tonight. What an exciting afternoon this will be.
After the game we're headed to the Relay for Life, this is a fundraiser to help find a cure for cancer! (You can visit www.relayforlife.org for more info) What a great thing to be apart of. My little cousins, Kensley & Dylan, are dancing at the relay tonight so we'll be sure to catch them too. (GOOD LUCK GIRLS! they have my blog saved on their itouch so they can keep up...how sweet, right)
Tomorrow BJ is playing softball and I need to do some shopping. I'm already getting sick of this wardrobe of mine. Tomorrow night we have a Lawn and Garden shower for Aubrey and Richard, the wedding that I'm in July 31st.
Also this weekend BJ is putting down our new tile in our kitchen! WOO-HOO maybe my house will be back to normal soon :)
Hope everyone has a fabulous weekend!

Sweet Girls & Baby Talk

Last night we went to Jordan and Payton's dance recital. They both did excellent and we are so proud of them. I actually even took two pictures, aren't you impressed?!? I'm really trying to get better. The sad thing is that my camera stays in my purse so there is no reason for not taking pictures!
Next topic..
I'm really struggling with nursery ideas. I'm ordering my furniture this weekend and extremely stoked about it but still undecided on the bedding. So far our favorite is a simple set from Gap if we find out that he is for sure a boy. I think it goes great with our family. (the dogs on it are beagles just like miss foxie Roxie)
I've seen more that I like but they have just been wayyyyy to expensive. I mean I want the best for my baby but I don't want to spend $600 either!!
I've also "picked" one out for a girl just in case. It's apple green, pale pink and white. Very modern.
Now onto the walls. I have no idea what color I should paint them if I go with the Gap set. I was thinking a really pale blue just to have some color??
Next week we will have the decision to make of where to register...Babies R Us or Target. As much as I LOVEEEE Target they are a real pain in the butt to return stuff and let's face it, people don't always stick to your registry.
decisions, decisions, decisions....

18 weeks

Head to rump, your baby is about 5 1/2 inches long (one book compares him to a bell pepper and the other a sweet potato) and he weighs almost 7 ounces. He's busy flexing his arms and legs. His blood vessels are visible through his thin skin, and his ears are now in their final position, although they're still standing out from his head a bit. A protective covering of myelin is beginning to form around his nerves, a process that will continue for a year after he's born. If you're having a girl, her uterus and fallopian tubes are formed and in place. If you're having a boy, his genitals are noticeable now, but he may hide them from you during an ultrasound (don't we know this). His heart has formed completely so that you can see the heart's different structures on the ultrasound. His senses are rapidly maturing too. He has more taste buds than he needs. At long last he's able to use his ears. His inner ear bones and nerve endings from his ears to his brain have developed enough so that your baby might startle if he hears a loud noise. He can also sense sounds like your heartbeat and blood pumping through the umbilical cord. If there were light in your womb, he could detect that too. Baby's visceral organs, such as his heart and liver, are growing fast, he's sitting more erect inside you to make room for them. He now has 200 bones, and they're continuing to harden; at birth he'll have about 300 bones, but some of those will fuse later, which is why the adult skeleton has only 206 bones in all. Baby is as big as the placenta, which is still his main source for nutrients and oxygen. The placenta is also a waste disposal system, rushing baby's waste into your bloodstream, where it will be filtered through your kidneys and liver. Baby E spends his time yawning, hiccupping, rolling, twisting, kicking, punching, sucking, swallowing and of course sleeping.

What a great weekend!

Wow, what a weekend. BJ and I got a little taste this weekend of what the years to come may be like. It was great but boy was I exhausted.
Friday afternoon I got off, ran some errands and headed to get the boys from Day Care. I just love picking them up from Day Care. Even though they are there with my mom when they see someone coming to get them they get so excited and I can't wait to experience that everyday with my kids. They came running, dirty and sweaty ready to see what was next! Turner couldn't wait to get to the house to show Uncle BJ that he had brought his ball and glove. We played a little game of baseball in the backyard (I was telling BJ it's so funny b/c that was one of my favorite childhood memories playing baseball in the backyard with my older brothers and their friends (when they would let me of course)...even with the ghostmen..haha..when I heard Turner say ghostman on frist! it just made me smile) We had Roxie helping me and Cole cheat a little. She didn't really like that she couldn't get the ball every time and a few times she ran with it, but it's okay b/c Cole did too, HAHA. Then they watched some cartoons while B and I caught our breath and headed out for supper. Which they did great.
They did good during the night. We had one instance with Cole falling out of the bed (don't freak it was our guest bed and it is very low to the ground) he's such a wild sleeper he managed to fall between the wall and the bed but went right back to sleep after getting in the bed with me. BJ left at 4 am for work. About an hour later Cole said Aunt Katie I ready to get up, I said no baby it's still night time and he said ok and went right back to sleep. About an hour later I wake up to Turner standing over me telling me he's lonely and wants to get in with us...come on in! Needless to say an hour later and they had cartoons on. After me getting ready and getting them ready we headed out for our day! We went to Augusta to Monkey Joe's. It was quite an experience but boy did they love it. I just loved seeing Cole's face coming down the huge slide with the big kids. They had so much fun and although I was a nervous wreck most of the time about someone getting hurt, it was really fun. When we left Turner said Aunt Katie you think next time we come we'll bring your baby? I told him babies weren't allowed and he said maybe you can leave him home with somebody and take us :) Another funny thing was when Cole was holding my drink for me and he took a sip and Turner yells NO COLE you can't drink that Aunt Katie's pregnant!! I guess he thought it was contagious! We hit up Chick Fil A and headed to Ava's birthday party. The boys were excited when they saw another jumping house thing. It did not phase them one bit that they didn't know a sole there. We didn't stay too long but enjoyed it while we were there. We got home and the boys played some more baseball w/ BJ while I rested..(I was pooped) Then we went swimming at Bubba's until their mom and dad came.
Yesterday we went to church with Trey and Mindy then went to see Ms. Karen and spent hours looking over baby pictures of BJ. MY OH MY!!! Let me tell you. My mom has pictures of us all over and BJ is always talking about how "not cute" I was...well let me tell you I'm sad to say that was the first time I've seen any of BJ's baby pictures and boy oh boy I know why he didn't want me to see him. Let's just say we hope Baby E looks like Mommy!!! Him with his curly red hair...my, my he sure is much cuter now! (I'll be sure to scan one that I took that was one of the cuter ones.) Unfortunately I didn't get to spend Mother's Day with my mom. She's too busy living up Las Vegas with grandma, eating desserts, shopping, sitting by the pool and seeing shows. I'll let her slide this year since she's spending it with her mom. I can only hope that I'll get to do that one day. All day yesterday I couldn't help but think about all the mom's that mean so much to me. It's still a little hard to grasp that next year on mother's day I'll be holding my sweet baby that I asked Him for. I seriously cannot WAIT!!! As many people told me over the weekend that this was my "first" mother's day, I got lots of calls, texts, facebook messages, even gifts and cards yet I can't imagine what it will be like next year.
Lastly, while in church yesterday the preacher of course was preaching about mom's and their duties and such. We came across a verse that pretty much sums it up...1 Samuel 1:27 I prayed for this child, and the Lord has granted me what I have asked of him. It also states you shall name him Samuel....guess what I have been telling BJ I want our baby's middle name to be???? I felt like He was talking to me.

Happy Mother's Day Weekend!

Well yesterday I got a nice surprise in the mail. Don't you just LOVE surprises in the mail?!?! Of course BJ thought I had been ordering MORE stuff online, when I tried to convince him otherwise he said "you order so much you probably forget". No, BJ I really didn't, I open it up, it's a package from GAP, now I know somebody has sent me something, it's a cute top for me and an adorable onesie for Baby E that says I love Mommy with a sweet note from Lizzie saying Happy Mother's Day!! Of course here come the waterworks. I was so excited! Thanks SOOOO much Lizzie! So this weekend there is a lot going on. My sil and bro are headed to her sister's college grad so we have two little turkeys spending the night :) BJ has to work tomorrow so I told Turner we would do something extra special and really fun. I'm thinking finally tackling Monkey Joe's! Tomorrow is also Miss Ava's birthday party, who I have the cutest gift for, but I'll have to share it with yall next week b/c her mom reads the blog and she needs to be surprised! Dawson, my friend Nicole's son, also has a game tomorrow. So, I'm going to TRY and do everything but we'll see how it turns out with the boys.
Sunday we'll get together with BJ's mom to see her for Mother's Day. My mom is in Vegas with my Dad for work and they took my Gma. I can't wait to see pics of my grandma sitting at the slot machine! haha

Totally Random

Okay so this post is totally random but I have so much to say!!!
1.) I ordered some stuff from Target week before last and if finally came in!!! I got this bathing suit, and two pairs of pants for work that are very comfortable(which I really needed). Not sure how cute they are. They have lots of "room" in the butt area. Let's hope my butt doesn't ever fill them up or we are in trouble.
2.) I ordered this yesterday for my sweet baby.. How perfect are these since he will be born during CAROLINA FOOTBALL :) (For all of you that know me well, you know we try to attend every home game since my dad gets us all season tickets. However, hubs and I have already discussed this season and have decided we will probably only attend the USC vs. UGA game. Which, is a must but it is always BLAZING hott at this game (it's in September))
3.) Foxie Roxie officially has me wrapper around her little paw! As if we didn't already know that right?!? Well it's really bad. She has gotten really attached to me here lately. For the last few nights she's been crying and crying when I "put her to bed". (She sleeps in the laundry room during the week in her bed.) The first two nights I just went and got her and sneaked her in the bed hoping she would wake up hubs (since she sleeps on my side). One night I had been running the dryer (which for some reason she freaks out when we put her in there if it's on...I think it's the heat coming off of the dryer since her bed is right beside it) and one night was when it was storming really bad. Well the third night I was so exhausted when I laid in the bed I said to myself if she was still crying in five minutes I would get her...well I fell asleep before those five mins were up so I'm assuming she gave up. Then last night...poor baby I just couldn't take her crying after those 5 mins. As I was sneaking her into the bed her collar jingled and BJ said now she's got you wrapped, she knows you'll get her! Oh well, it's official..she is ROTTEN :)
4.) Tiffany over at Life is Glamorous and Fabulous is talking about slumber parties from when she was younger and it just made me reminisce about the good old days...playing MASH (who didn't play that and when you got shack instead of mansion everyone laughed at you or it said you were going to marry the dorky guy) JTT (Jonathan Taylor Thomas)..hello what girl didn't like him, getting in trouble at church b/c all the girls were sitting together giggling during the sermon (of course on the front pew), NKOTB what what haha (I acutally have them on my IPOD now), scaring the mess out of each other talking about ouija board (which I have NEVER played b/c I was too scared!), oh to be that young again without a worry in the world. And look where we are (which I would def not go back and do it all over)! In less than 5 short months I'll be a MOM!!!
Have a fabulous day pals :)

Happy Cinco de Mayo!!

Pics from the golf tourney Sat...

Of course everyone should eat Mexican today..I sure did ;) Of course now I feel like I need a nap!
I got a surprise visit from my sil, Mindy, this morning. She brought me her fetal monitor that she had when she was preggers. I can't wait to get home and try it out!
Hubs is still steadily working on the kitchen project, poor thing. He's painted the walls and cabinets and is now in the process of pulling up linoleum to put down tile. It's going to look so good once it's complete but I am so ready to have my house back to normal and start working on baby E's room.
Sorry for such a random post today!

17 weeks

Baby weighs 5 ounces now (about as much as a turnip), and he's around 5 inches long from head to bottom. He is the size of an onion. He can move his joints, and his sweat glands are starting to develop. Baby is growing stronger by the day. He can touch his own face, and he may be looking for his thumb to suck. (He was sucking his thumb during the ultrasound yesterday...so sweet..btw I was a HUGE thumb sucker) He also has fingerprints now. His circulatory system and urinary tract are functioning, and he is inhaling and exhaling amniotic fluid as he learns to breathe. Pink nipples are forming on his chest, and your baby has mammary glands even if she's a he. If you could see your baby, he'd look long and lanky, with legs not much bigger around than your thumb. Soon he'll start developing a layer of fat that will keep him warm after birth.
Me this week...Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 17 Weeks
Total Weight Gain/Loss: 5lbs, (I had gained 2lbs at my last appt)
Maternity Clothes: I am wearing them and they are so much more comfy!
Best Moment this week: Finding out the sex of baby E and feeling his "flutters"
Gender: It's A Boy - We THINK!!! haha
Movement: I started feeling "something" last week. After reading up and talking to some other mom's I discovered that "something" was def baby E and I can't wait for BJ to be able to feel him as well.
Food Craving: For some reason I've had this new passion for kid's cereals. I've always (well since probably high school) been one to eat the "better" cereals such as Special K Smart Start, shredded wheat, etc or even just went with granola and yogurt. NOW I'm loving Apple Jacks, Fruit Loops, Fruity Pebbles...the cereal isle at the grocery store takes a few minutes now. Other than those it just depends on the day...anywhere from a cheeseburger to Tom's Vinegar and Salt potato chips to just plain sweets. I know all of these things are horrible. Just b/c I crave them I don't always eat them.
What I miss: Sushi!!!! yum-o
Sleep: I sleep like a rock these days with the occasional trip to the bathroom.
What I am looking forward to: Another ultrasound in two weeks to confirm that baby E is a boy and feeling stronger kicks from baby E.
Belly Button: In
Symptoms: Just extremely emotional. I don't know what it is but these past 2 weeks I can cry at the drop of a hat.

It's a _______!!!!

Well, we had our ultrasound this morning and although the dr said she couldn't tell in the beginning, right before she went to turn off the machine...she saw a little pee pee! We're having a boy! We are scheduled to have our full anatomy exam of the baby in two weeks and will be able to confirm then that we're having a BOY! It's so nice to finally know and I can't wait to go SHOPPING!!! I've seen a few bedding sets that I like and after our next appt I'll finalize :) I can't wait to start getting stuff. I have tons of people that have already said they want to do showers and I'm super pumped. We are so thankful for everyone in our lives and can't wait to meet baby _ _ _ _ _!!!!
We had a great weekend! The golf tournament was a huge success and Carrie was awesome. However, I was one tired woman on Saturday night when I got home. Of course I got in a nap yesterday :) I have some pictures from the weekend that I'll post later as well as a new "bump" pic but just wanted to share the exciting news of Baby E's gender...btw..the gender prediction test turned out right for us!
